2020 Chardonnay – Lake Chelan

50% New French and Austrian Oak - Full-bodied and creamy with notes of apple, pear, and vanilla allspice.

Pairs well with soft cheeses: try semi-soft mild goat and cow’s milk cheeses such as Humboldt Fog.

2024 “Emmy” White Blend - Ancient Lakes of Columbia Valley

Marsanne/Viognier/Roussanne Rhone Blend - The old-world nose begins with authentic Rhone white wine influence, crisp, clean, floral and attractively aromatic. The palate brings on a beautifully lavish, velvety texture to accompany the flavors pirouetting across your palate. With it’s bolder style and peachy notes, the Rhône white blend is an awesome match with richer poultry and fish dishes that feature roasted fruit or fruit-based sauces.

2022 Tempranillo – Ancient Lakes of Columbia Valley

Medium-bodied with a deep ruby red hue. Medium-high acidity, structured tannins combined with complex layers of rich red fruit notes from start to finish. Notes of red and black cherry, raspberry, tomato sauce, cigar box and dried fig. A great balance between earth and fruit. Pairs well with grilled steak, gourmet burgers, baked pasta and other tomato-based dishes, tacos, nachos, burritos, and Chile rellenos.
